Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gr99" refers to the platform, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents collectively.
• "Player", "You", "User" refers to any natural person who registers for or uses a gr99 account.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player on the gr99 platform.
• "Platform" means the gr99 website accessible at gr99.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support, and other functions available through the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by gr99.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which the gr99 Platform operates.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the gr99 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the gr99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gr99 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

If you are accessing the gr99 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and that person.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a gr99 Account. gr99 enforces this requirement strictly. If at any time gr99 reasonably suspects that a Player is under 21 years of age, gr99 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, conduct enhanced KYC verification, and if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently close the Account and return any unspent Real Money Balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The gr99 Platform is designed for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gr99 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. gr99 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to suspend or close any Account where false or misleading information has been submitted.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one gr99 Account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. gr99 reserves the right to close all accounts held by a Player found to have registered multiple accounts and to forfeit any Bonus Balances associated with those accounts.

3.5 Account Credentials. You are responsible for keeping your gr99 Login username and password confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. gr99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Management

4.1 KYC Verification. gr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure. gr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3; (b) the Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8; (c) gr99 is required to do so by law, regulatory obligation, or court order; or (d) the Player requests voluntary self-exclusion pursuant to the Responsible Gaming Policy.

4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. gr99 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts after prior written notification to the email address registered with the Account. The Real Money Balance will not be reduced below ৳0 as a result of dormancy fees. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your gr99 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already met the applicable Wagering Requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gr99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other payment methods as made available through the Platform cashier from time to time. gr99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gr99, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which will apply. All deposits are credited to your Account in Bangladeshi Taka.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. gr99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where technically possible.

5.4 Currency. All balances, transactions, odds, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gr99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, nor does it process withdrawals to foreign currency accounts.

5.5 Player Funds. Player funds held in Real Money Balances are maintained separately from gr99's operational funds. gr99 takes reasonable commercial steps to ensure that Player funds are safeguarded and accessible for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by gr99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times, whether through the same Account or multiple Accounts, constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

6.4 Bonus Misuse. gr99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or misused a promotional offer, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; taking advantage of a technical error in bonus calculation; or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus terms collectively.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers. gr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted an offer in good faith prior to any such modification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the gr99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' internal testing and certification standards. gr99 makes no independent warranty as to the outcome of any individual game or bet.

7.2 Bet Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of ambiguity in the official result, gr99 reserves the right to apply its own reasonable interpretation. gr99's decision on bet settlement shall be final and binding.

7.3 Void Bets. gr99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in odds; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered before the completion of the relevant market; or (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or result fixing in relation to the relevant event.

7.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, platform outage, or technical failure during a game or betting session, gr99 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and settle any affected bets in a fair and transparent manner. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. gr99 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or game sessions. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gr99 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Bonus Balances, and recovery of any winnings derived from the prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform to generate funds or credits not intended to be made available.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or take coordinated advantage of promotional offers.
• Using funds of unlawful origin to fund a gr99 Account (money laundering). gr99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information to place bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gr99 customer support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the gr99 Platform or its content without written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gr99 Platform, including but not limited to the gr99 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of gr99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the gr99 Platform without prior written consent from gr99.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 The gr99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gr99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gr99 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds data or game information; or (d) any loss arising from events beyond gr99's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gr99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

gr99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a gr99 Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gr99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. gr99 may share your data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and provide Services to you, and with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the gr99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

gr99 will maintain an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which will be made available to Players upon request through customer support.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gr99 is committed to resolving disputes with Players in a fair and transparent manner.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with gr99 customer support via live chat. gr99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to the Player at that stage.

gr99's decisions on matters of bet settlement, Account verification, and bonus eligibility, made in good faith in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding on the Player.
